Zazie Beetz, born 1991, was born in Berlin. Her father, a German cabinetmaker, who came into the United States after the Fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990, is her mother who works as a South African American social worker. Jennifer Aniston attended the same high school as Beetz. Following her graduation from LaGuardia, Beetz went on to complete her studies in French in Skidmore College. She auditioned for the college immediately for the part in the role of Van in Atlanta. Beetz is the daughter of an German father as well as an African American mom from Berlin and was born in New York and spoke German and English. Zazie was appearing on community and local stages during her childhood. When she was in grade school she started acting, and became a professional actor. Zendaya gets the famed Disney Channel breakthrough role Zendaya has a great dance talent. The actress was eventually cast in her breakthrough role as Rocky Blue, along with co-star Bella Thorne, on the hit series Shake It Up. Zendaya, who was then 11 became vegetarian after she saw a slaughterhouse while on the trip with her dad. PEOPLE quoted her saying: "It seemed awful to me when I saw all those animals being crammed in the slaughterhouse waiting to die their death. I was shocked to discover that's where I'd gotten my meat!" Seit then, she has stayed with a vegetarian diet.
