Zazie was the daughter of a german cabinet maker from Berlin in Germany in the year the year 1991. Her father was an German Cabinet Maker who immigrated to America. Zendaya was just 11 at the time, while in a trip for the family her family was driving through the meat processing facility. She told PEOPLE, "I thought it was horrible, seeing all the animals being packed in there in a cage waiting to be killed. "I couldn't have believed that was how I had been obtaining my meat!" In the past, her daughter has stuck on a plant-based, vegan diet.
